There will be light!

 Prologue.

 

This inspiring and unexpected novel of motivational transformation shows the vicissitudes that a young man goes through at age 14 when he is admitted to juvenile prison for a crime, he is not entirely guilty of.

Alexander Cuomo is a 14-year-old boy who lives with his parents and four younger siblings. He is in the ninth grade at a school in Perth Amboy, his disdain began when he returns from the Christmas and New Year’s holidays, he goes back to school where he meets Raoul, a boy his age who had been expelled from another school for his bad behavior. From the first moment they meet, Raoul threatens Alexander with hurting his younger siblings if he does not do what he orders.

Several months after that first meeting, Alexander receives bullying from his classmates and also has already lost his two great friends of all time, brothers "Sedrac and Mesac", as they now belong to Raoul's group.  Alexander, fearing that his brothers will be hurt, decides to do what Raoul orders him to do, and Raoul taking advantage of his weakness forces him to place several homemade bombs in the library of the study center.

The explosion of the bombs caused damage to school property and his classmate, so Alexander Cuomo has to go to trial, where he is found guilty, his mother suffers a heart attack and his father rejects him for being the cause of so much damage to the family and for being on the edge of losing custody of his four youngest children.

After being released from prison for achieving probation, he is thrown out of his home and now finds himself caught in a whirlwind of emotions as he has to deal with his stalker's hatred and face adulthood, but with the hope that; "However dark and scary the world is at the moment, "there will be light".
