Learning a language at the speed of light!
Tips for better use of the study of the English language and any other language that we want to learn at "the speed of light".
I know that many people, including myself when they set out to do something, they want to see the results immediately, and do not want to spend time to get those results with quality and without exhausting the brain.
We have to learn to make a schedule for each activity that we have to do during the day, week, months, and even year, so we do not weaken so much and end up procrastinating what we started.
We want to study all the time, 24 hours a day, seven days a week and even when we are sleeping we are thinking about studying, that's not all bad, but you should also know that you need to have time to have fun! I understand needing to study, but you also need to keep your relationship with others; healthy and strong. Your brain can experience some overclocking which then leads to burnout and once that happens, your neurons won't fire and retain information as they should. You have to have time for your brain to reset. However, it is very important that you engage in self-care, as it seems to keep you confident and up to date when it comes to learning new things in English.
